- To find your Order Status login to your account to see your Order History. Your fulfillment status is listed next to your Order.
- If you wish to cancel your order, you may have the ability to do so prior to the item being processed by our fulfillment center. To do so, login to your account, and on the Order History page, click on the order number you wish to cancel. At the top of the page you should see a Cancel Order button if the order is able to be cancelled.
- If any part of the order is already in the fulfillment stage, the order may not be cancelleable, but you can reach out to us at email@example.com so we can look into options.
- If you wish to cancel a subscription, click on “Manage Subscription” when logged into your account, or contact us for assistance.
